We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 7 days return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Elegibility For Returns
To be elegible for a return, your items must meet the following conditions:
The bottle must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
The product must be in the same conditions as received, without any signs of tampering or damage.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to Food Safety Regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened or used bottles of sauce.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping labels along with detailed instructions on how to send the package back.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
once we receive your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Refund will be to original payment method with 10 business days. Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to prcoess the refund.
